Get up Beauty, it is time to BEAST!

Good Morning EFTer's :)
Back in September, the three of us had no idea who each other were. We all came to this school on a new journey. Monika taught Nicole's class Core French but Muteber was in the land of Kindie (which, if you ever had a kindergarten or taught it - then you know it truly is its own world). So where does our story begin?
Nicole has always had a passion for working out! She finds it an amazing outlet and had wanted to start a fitness club at her previous school with no luck. When walking in the hall one day, one of her coworkers, Sandeep, had the same sentiment. It's time to GET FIT! Lift up the students spirits while we LIFT! Teaching can be emotionally and physically draining and your mental health (as in most jobs) can easily suffer. How can we overcome this obstacle? Well, in as simple as one email to the whole staff, our fitness club had begun!
That is how we all finally met! An unquestionable trio! The teaching Musketeers! Destiny's Child! Charlie's Angels! Harry, Ron, and Hermione! The new Three's Company! We digress... The meeting was like a properly balanced timetable - perfection!

So let's get down to brass tacks - our fitness club.
Now, probably one of the best virtual fitness programs is Beachbody. They have been releasing programs for years. A few years back, they finally created an on-demand source. And this has proven UNREAL! When Nicole first started she paid over $150 per program NOW its $99 per YEAR! For unlimited programs.

We started our first program, Transform 20, a pure cardio program that was only 20 minutes long. We wanted something that burned calories BUT still allowed us to get out of school at a decent hour.

Shaun T is intense. YES, that's right - he is from Hip Hop Abs the infomercial of our generation. His energy is by far more than we have ever seen. It is all HIIT every single day.
This program was 6 weeks long and requires a step. Though you don't have to use one. He also has a modifier but even his modifier is intense. This program is definitely not for the faint of heart.
We did the six weeks and every single one of us, about 10 people total had seen some change physically and most importantly, mentally.
Now we were ready for a NEW CHALLENGE! 100 Days. Morning Meltdown with Jericho Matthews. She is truly a BEAST! She combines cardio, weights, core, HIIT and even some Yoga/Pilates. This is where we truly saw all of our changes. We pushed ourselves further than before.

We are currently on day 65 :) 5 phases two weeks each. The strike made us wonder if we would be able to continue because we were no longer able to do after school workouts, but we adapted. We used our breaks to workout instead. Though we are sweaty we find this works WAYYYYYYY better because the energy we gained could not be beaten.
It isn't just about fitness and how our bodies look or losing weight. It is about so much more. It is about the friends we have made and the support we have gained. Creating accountability! Pushing ourselves to be the best versions.
I think we can all agree the Morning Meltdown 100 is probably our favourite of the two programs we have completed BUT what about you guys? Have you tried Beachbody? What is your favourite program?
